Mr. Clark joined LakeEngineering, Inc. in 1992 as a Marketing Consultant responsible for sales and clientdiversification. In 1995, he was made President of the firm, directly managingproduction and profitability issues on a day-to-day basis. In April of 1999, Mr.Clark assumed the position of Chairman of the Board of Lake Engineering, Inc. Usinghis formal training in commercial credit, supervisory development, personnel management,and consulting, Mr. Clark coordinates operational functions for Lake Engineering includingstaff utilization, business development, policies and procedures, and qualitycontrol. He directs special projects services, project scheduling, and projecttracking.Mr. Clark'snational sales and marketing experience spans over twenty years. He served as a VicePresident of Marketing, Consumer Lending, and Commercial Lending for major lendinginstitutions as well as Regional Manager for a national financial system provider.
Prior to joining Lake Engineering,Mr. Clark managed his own consulting and strategic planning firm in Atlanta. Today,he works closely with Lake's staff addressing client services, developing opportunities,and defining projects for the firm.
