Professional Registrations and Certifications
RMT encourages professional registrations and certification. Employees may be reimbursed for one registration or certification. RMT may also grant time off with pay for required examinations. Professional Societies and Trade Associations
Full-time, regular employees are encouraged to participate in a professional society or trade association related to their roles and responsibilities. Dues are reimbursed for one professional society or trade association when membership is directly related to an employee’s position. Seminars and Conferences
RMT may reimburse employees for position-related training and education received through seminars and conferences. Tuition Reimbursement
RMT may reimburse employees for a portion of costs for courses related to an employee’s current or potential work assignments. Annual Service & Consulting Excellence Awards Program
The annual Service and Consulting Excellence Awards honor the efforts of all RMT employees, regardless of job function, who demonstrate outstanding performance and value as individuals or teams.
